M&E; Project Manager

Requirements:Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activitiesReview drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are metCoordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelinesMonitor project progress, identify risks,



and help drive solutions to keep projects on trackEnsure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards
Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projectsStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems within commercial, institutional, or industrial projectsProven experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultantsStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyPost-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is considered an asset
