Make proactive service follow-up and appointment calls
Manage routine banking transactions and Member requests
Identify prospects to enhance Members’ financial experiencesRequirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
degree favored
At least two years’ experience in a related role
Cash handling and transaction processing experience
Robust knowledge of computer applications
