Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Recruiter to help us identify, qualify, and place top talent with clients across the US and Canada.
This is a fully remote, performance-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing candidates, working with hiring managers, and closing placements.
Compensation
US Clients: USD $5,000 per successful placement- Canadian Clients: CAD $5,000 per successful placement- No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.
Responsibilities




Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting channels- Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process- Present robust candidates to clients- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups- Manage the recruitment process through to successful placement- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition- Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills- LinkedIn Recruiter account preferred;
LinkedIn Recruiter Liteis the minimum requirement- Excellent communication and follow-up skills- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting- Experience recruiting for US or Canadian companies is a strong plus
