Key Responsibilities:
Mix, pour, and spread building materials like asphalt
Assist in constructing houses and erecting roofs
Direct traffic to ensure safe site operations
Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse
Remove all debris to maintain a safe work workplace

Requirements:
Must communicate effectively in English
Experience of less than one year in construction
Physically fit for site work demands
Ability to adhere to safety guidelines
Solid collaborative spirit in a team setting
