Onsite Manager
to support operations at one of our key client locations in Montreal. This is a permanent prospect for a motivated professional who thrives in a quick-paced setting and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence.
Location : Montreal-Nord, QCSalary : $50K-52K per annum
Schedule: 11 AM to 11 PM12-hour shifts (PM availability required)Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per weekCandidates must be flexible and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when needed
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance recordsServe as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teamsCommunicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholdersConduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activitiesDrive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are metAnticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutionsProvide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns,



and operational requirementsSupport employees and client representatives with professionalism and courtesy at all timesMaintain ongoing oversight of site operations and respond promptly to urgent issues as they arise
QualificationsBilingual in English and French (Spoken, written and verbal)Preferred supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, staffing, or similar environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsReliable, punctual, and dependableAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesMust have reliable transportationComfortable working extended shifts and responding quickly to operational emergencies when requiredAbility to build positive relationships with employees and client representatives
