Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of complex patient needs
Manage IV therapy and medication administration
Anticipate and respond to emergencies effectively
Collaborate with peers to enhance care delivery
Mentor recent staff and share knowledge with the team
Requirements:
Valid BCCNM Registered Nurse license
Recognized high acuity specialty certification
Current CPR certification
Minimum of one year high acuity nursing experience
Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations
