Teach swimming lessons to students ranging from preschool to elementary ages following the British Swim School aquatics program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured swimming lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all lesson participants.
- Monitor and report student progress to parents and the swim team.
Requirements
- You must be a swimmer with basic proficiency in all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water.
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and be ready to have fun at work.
- Year‑round availability and a desire for a long‑term position (not a summer job).
- Work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30 am‑2 pm.
- Start weekdays at 3:30 pm.
- Reliable transportation to any Waterford Lakes location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00.
- Structured, paid training including lifeguard certification.
