Key Responsibilities:
• Explain ticket packages and assist guests with inquiries
• Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently
• Process group sales ticketing on site
• Provide detailed information about CN Tower services
• Direct and manage guest flow and operations
Requirements:
• Experience in admissions or box office sales preferred
• Hospitality and tourism education is an asset
• Retail sales and group sales experience preferred
• Ability to handle cash securely and accurately
• Versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends
