Urban Barn is looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our Kelowna team and guide customers in their design choices. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring every shopper receives top-notch service and product knowledge. This position calls for someone with previous retail experience and flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help customers choose furniture and décor
• Greet every customer with a friendly introduction
• Create connections to build lasting customer loyalty
• Handle various transactional processes including returns
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards in-store
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales
• Experience with technology like Point-of-Sale systems
• Availability for 12-20 hours per week, including evenings
• Capacity to lift loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
• Adaptable schedule including at least one weekend shift
