As an LPN, you'll leverage your skills to assess and deliver nursing care within established competencies. This role involves supporting clients and their families under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, making your expertise crucial in delivering optimal health outcomes. Effective communication and teamwork will be key in fulfilling your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and evaluate patient needs and conditions • Create and follow nursing care plans • Direct and educate support staff and families • Observe client changes and document findings • Use necessary medical equipment for patient care

Requirements: • Current LPN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives • Minimum one year of relevant acute care experience • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities • Capability to collaborate within a healthcare team • Physical ability to fulfill nursing responsibilities
