The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and accounting support to the Finance Team. This role plays an significant part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, coordinating tasks, and ensuring processes are completed efficiently and on time.
The ideal candidate is dependable, qualified, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and assisting with accounts receivable
Provide general administrative and office support
Organize and maintain filing systems and records
Maintain and update spreadsheets accurately and regularly
Assist with general dealership needs,



including running errands and supporting co-workers as required
Collaborate with team members to help ensure daily operations run efficiently
Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Google Drive
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
