In the capacity of an Electrical Technician, you will perform critical troubleshooting and repair of instrumentation and control systems. Successful candidates will have an Interprovincial/Red Seal qualification and a strong track record in an industrial setting, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Calibrate and maintain industrial electrical systems
Prevent equipment breakdown through effective monitoring
Collaborate with teams during installations and maintenance
Interpret P&IDs; and control system drawings accurately
Document maintenance activities using CMMS
Requirements:
Must hold Interprovincial/Red Seal Trade Qualification
5+ years of experience in power generation settings
Hands-on experience with PLC programming
Expertise in diagnosing process instrumentation
