As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will work in a high-stakes workplace, operating CNC machines and ensuring that all processes meet the precise specifications outlined in engineering drawings. You will play a key role in mentoring fellow machinists and spearheading continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot CNC machining tools
Interpret CAD models and engineering documentation
Optimize machining processes for efficiency
Carry out precision inspections and quality checks
Collaborate with engineering and production teams
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
Experience with Fanuc machines and Mastercam 2025
Solid knowledge of machining processes and tolerances
Excellent attention to detail and independent work capabilities
