We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Basketball Skills Trainer to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels. Duties
Design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defensive techniques
Assess individual player strengths and areas for improvement to tailor coaching strategies effectively
Demonstrate proper techniques and drills to ensure correct form and maximize skill acquisition
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
Monitor progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to players
Incorporate fun,



innovative drills that keep athletes motivated and eager to improve their game
Support the organization of team practices, camps, or clinics as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in teaching or coaching basketball at various levels, from youth to adult athletes
Solid knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners of all ages
Ability to demonstrate basketball skills effectively while providing explicit instructions
Experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a nice-to-have but not required
Passion for athlete development with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
