Become a Case Manager at CMHA Muskoka – Parry Sound, focused on helping adults with developmental disabilities thrive. This part-time role offers 14 hours of work each week.
In this permanent role, you will support individuals in gaining independence through effective case management and social services. Your work will take place primarily in Parry Sound, where collaboration and community engagement are vital. A robust background in developmental disabilities and case management is required for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client independence through support
• Deliver effective case management services
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Participate in community development activities
• Manage record-keeping and documentation
Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in community settings with disabilities
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and transportation
• Flexibility to work different shifts
