Support innovative retail technology as an IT Support Specialist at Urban Barn, located in Burnaby, BC. Play a key role in maintaining our technology across multiple store locations.

In this position, you will oversee technical support for Urban Barn locations, ensuring the functionality of POS systems, and resolving any hardware or connectivity issues. You will also assist in technology set-ups for new store openings and make frequent trips to various locations across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT-related queries
• Maintain and manage store technology and POS systems
• Facilitate equipment installation during store openings and renovations




• Track IT incidents through a service ticketing system
• Support user onboarding and technical setups

Requirements:
• Experience in technical or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, preferably Oracle Retail Xstore
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
• Familiarity with remote support tools and basic networking principles
• Highly organized with robust prioritization skills
