Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare green beans for roasting and packaging
• Monitor and control roasting processes
• Perform quality inspections on packaged coffee




• Transport beans safely with a forklift
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Physical ability to handle lifting and manual tasks
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Basic computer skills needed, Excel knowledge an asset
• Forklift certification encouraged
• Open-minded attitude towards learning and teamwork
