Echelon Insurance is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to improve systems and applications crucial to their operations. With a focus on analysis, user testing, and risk management, this full-time role supports a collaborative culture.

This position is a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract in the ECH - Business Solutions team. The Business Solutions Analyst will engage in business analysis, translate needs into system solutions, and participate in user acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include maintaining insurance applications like Guidewire, providing user support, and managing access requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and analyze business needs for system changes
• Participate in user acceptance testing and risk assessments




• Maintain and configure insurance applications and user access
• Provide Level 1 technical support and audit system access
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or IT management
• Experience as a Business Analyst preferred
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Windows applications, including MS Office
