Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving.

Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential issues before they el…?

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation.

Collaborate with production and operations teams to support efficient workflow and equipment reliability.

Install, test, and calibrate new equipment as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications .





Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Experience with PLCs and automated systems is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
