Become a key player at Invinity by leading manufacturing engineering efforts for cutting-edge energy storage solutions. This hands-on role requires a focus on mechanical/electrical assembly and process optimization.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate closely with both the Engineering and Operations teams to convert engineering designs into actionable processes for our creative vanadium flow batteries. Your expertise in Lean manufacturing principles will drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while providing technical support to the manufacturing personnel. Expect to manage production documentation, implement controls, and ensure a smooth workflow across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement engineering drawings into build processes
• Manage product build instructions and process documentation
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean practices
• Provide technical support for mechanical and electrical issues
• Liaise with global manufacturing sites and project management
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Hands-on production and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Proficient IT skills
• US citizenship required
