Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on coaching and training for staff
• Consult on complex casework matters
• Champion practice approaches like Signs of Safety
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and address practice gaps
Requirements:
• At least two years’ experience in child intervention
• Familiarity with related legislation and practices
• Proven skills in mentorship and training
• Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Active registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers
