As a maternal leave contract Program Manager, you'll drive initiatives that address violence, homelessness, and poverty in the Greater Toronto Area. Your leadership will enhance culturally relevant services and empower Indigenous women through community-focused programming. This is a temporary full-time role requiring effective management of diverse programs and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee coordination and support of diverse programs
• Implement culturally informed strategies against violence and poverty




• Create and monitor programming schedules and operations
• Train, support, and lead program staff effectively
• Develop solutions for program challenges and funding management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree with 5+ years in management
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability in program settings
• Current Police Record Check and certifications required
