Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is seeking a people-oriented leader to oversee housing, shelter, and outreach programs. Reporting to the Director of Programming, you will guide managers, ensuring service efficacy and operational consistency. This role emphasizes accountability, compliance with the BC Residential Tenancy Act, and impactful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to Housing and Shelter Managers
• Oversee program implementation and performance evaluation
• Establish accountability for document management and participant outcomes




• Utilize feedback to enhance program effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to tenancy regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Services or related field
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience
• Robust background in program oversight and evaluation
• Experience with vulnerable populations
• Working knowledge of tenancy regulations
