Provide premier administrative support to the Director of the SPP Administration at the University of Calgary. This full-time Executive Assistant role is key in managing calendar, correspondence, and high-level stakeholder interactions.
In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Director while collaborating with the Associate Director as needed. Your responsibilities encompass calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality support. You'll also handle sensitive information, requiring utmost discretion amid shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's calendar and correspondence effectively
• Organize travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Prioritize incoming communication to protect the Director's time
• Support strategic planning and policy development initiatives
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of senior-level administrative support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document sharing platforms
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to handle confidential information with discretion
