Description:Critical Care Nurse required for a busy regional emergency department that serves both adult and pediatric patients.Accommodation will be provided.The Specialty Registered Nurse can be assigned to a unit with patients that require more complex care.The Specialty Registered Nurse is responsible for the overall coordination and direction of nursing care.The Specialty Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership,
particularly in complex or unpredictable patient care settings.The Specialty Registered Nurse has the knowledge, skill, and judgment needed to provide competent, evidence-based nursing practice.As a member of a collaborative care team, the Specialty Registered Nurse works with other disciplines to coordinate care to achieve patient and family outcomes.The Specialty Registered Nurse contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the service and coordination of patient care.The Specialty Registered Nurse complies with documentation processes.
