You will be part of the UGDSB Maintenance team, responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment at various school locations. Required qualifications include a valid ON Certificate of Qualification and a Gas Fitter 1 License. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs
• Read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Implement safety and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification 313A required
• Must possess a Gas Fitter 1 License
• Ozone Depletion Prevention Card (ODP) needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
