The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract, hire, and onboard talent that supports Phasor's continued growth. You'll also provide day-to-day recruitment administration and HR support while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation, maintaining employee records, and ensuring all onboarding requirements are complete

Prepare employment-related documentation, including employment letters, verification letters, and termination documentation





Respond to employee and candidate inquiries while providing timely recruitment and HR administrative support

Represent Phasor at career fairs, recruitment events, and post-secondary engagement initiatives

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Support HR programs, policies, and process improvements while collaborating with HR team members across Canada

Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Build strong relationships across the organization while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience

What We’re Looking For

3–4+ years of recruitment experience within Canada or North America

Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and hiring managers

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting

Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills

Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the United States

Experience recruiting within the utilities, engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is considered an asset

Ability to complete background checks and drug and alcohol pre-access testing requirements, where applicable

Expected annual salary:



$70,000-$100,000 (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and current market conditions.)
