NorWest Co-op is hiring a Director to take charge of its Family Violence and Prevention Programs. In this full time position, you will manage program planning, staff coordination, and community engagements while supervising clinical staff. Your leadership will be crucial for successful program implementation and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic direction for preventative programs
• Supervise and train program staff effectively
• Implement and evaluate community-based initiatives
• Handle funding proposals and financial planning




• Craft and promote communication strategies through media

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in administrative leadership
• 3 years’ experience in clinical counseling needed
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Master’s degree preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
