About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic objectives and fostering effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in a variety of critical tasks, including preparing for Board meetings, external stakeholder engagements, and ad-hoc requests.

This role requires a qualified with a strong business acumen,



exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in executive planning, organizational alignment, business analysis, and decision-making, and must be comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, evolving setting.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive business experience. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for retail and customer service are essential.
The role demands a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and lead change, and a proven track record of driving initiatives forward. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and bilingualism in French is an asset.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
