Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead plant operations and drive continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead production and operational teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage daily manufacturing activities, production schedules, and resource planning to meet customer and business objectives.
Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
Champion Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support productive operations and on-time delivery.
Support budgeting, capital projects, and operational planning initiatives.
Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing best practices.
