Robert Half is partnering with an organization seeking a Manager, Accounting & Reporting to lead core financial reporting, close processes, compliance, and team development activities. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting skilled with solid technical expertise, leadership capability, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, cash flow projections, and analysis to support executive leadership and Board reporting.
Perform revenue recognition analysis and ensure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with ASPE.
Support annual budgeting and financial planning processes.




Review GST/HST filings and help ensure timely compliance with reporting requirements.
Monitor cash flow and treasury reporting activities.
Identify and implement process improvements, including optimization of SAGE 300 for reporting and operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with ASPE and internal control policies.
Lead, mentor, and support development across finance team functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
Liaise with external auditors and support annual audit requirements.
Contribute to finance transformation, process enhancement, and automation initiatives.
