At Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE), we're seeking skilled Affiliate Counsellors to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality counselling and support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to diverse clients. This role emphasizes your therapeutic skills, allowing you to focus on client care while benefiting from administrative support and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical support
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate, confidential client records

Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
Registration with the OCSWSSW or CRPO in good standing
