Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hôte(sse) d'accueil to provide exceptional guest services in a agile hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth operation of front desk activities. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or hotel reception is preferred, but a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about services, amenities, and local attractions




Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Support food service operations when necessary, including serving guests in dining areas
Uphold hospitality standards by delivering courteous and attentive customer service at all times

Skills
Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Knowledge of restaurant operations or hotel experience is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the establishment
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
