We are looking for a qualified, organized, and customer‑focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing administrative tasks, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and qualified manner
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Screen callers, identify their needs, and route calls to the correct staff member or department
Navigate a multi‑line phone system and ensure accurate message‑taking and timely follow‑ups
Manage general email inquiries and direct messages appropriately
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms
Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support scheduling, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
Provide general administrative support to management and office staff
Other duties as assigned to support office operations
Experience
Previous experience in reception or administrative support preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable navigating multi‑line phone systems and handling high call volumes
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 30hours per week (9:00AM to 3:30 PM) possible Full-Time role
Schedule: Weekdays (within standard business hours)
Compensation: $18.5–$21/hr depending on experience
