At L'aromas Coffee, we believe in creating a "home away from home" for every guest. We are passionate about exceptional coffee, fresh food made in-house, and delivering memorable customer experiences. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Terra Nova team.

What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a team while creating a positive workplace culture.
Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Help achieve sales, labour, and profitability goals.
Lead by example with a hands-on approach in all areas of the café.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous leadership or restaurant/café management experience.
Is passionate about hospitality and people.
Thrives in a fast-paced workplace.




Has strong communication and organizational skills.
Is reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented.
Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
