Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) invites applications for a Rehabilitation Assistant at Berkley Care Centre in the Long Term Care team. The position supports OT/PT care plans, teaches activities, and helps residents maximize independence through adaptive devices and daily living tasks.

Under supervision, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, manage supplies, and assist volunteers while maintaining safety and quality care for residents.
