Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in blueprint reading, carpentry, and various construction skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to project specifications and schematics
Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall surfaces to achieve a smooth and professional appearance
Read blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation requirements
Operate hand tools such as saws, drills, screw guns, and utility knives effectively
Use power tools for cutting and fastening drywall materials
Prepare surfaces by framing walls or ceilings using carpentry skills
Apply caulking around joints and seams for a seamless finish
Assist with related tasks such as insulation installation, ceiling grid setup, or minor repairs as needed




Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols in office

Qualifications
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate installation planning
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Robust background in related construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, or electrical work is a plus
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites is advantageous
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks over extended periods

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
