Provide personal care aligned with the resident care plan
Assist with daily living activities and mobility needs




Monitor and report on patient health and mood

Ensure safety and effective communication within the care teamRequirements:
Registration or eligibility with the CLHA as a Health Care Aide
Completed Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
Experience in Geriatric Nursing preferred
Skills with dementia patients is a plus
