Responsibilities include timely completion of maintenance requests, tackling plumbing and drywall work, and managing landscaping. Complete maintenance requests efficiently and effectively
Prepare vacant suites for re-renting with repairs
Perform cuts and fixes with plumbing and dryers




Engage in basic landscaping and maintenance of exteriors
Troubleshoot and resolve building issues as they ariseRequirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance services
Previous experience in renovations is a plus
Solid organizational and communication skills
Must provide own tools and have vehicle access
