Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering duties with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, tables, and service stations according to food safety regulations
Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of the food industry standards
Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask effectively while managing guest needs in a quick-paced setting
Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales prospects while ensuring guest satisfaction
Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, food preparation support, and hospitality standards
