Location: Jiffy Lube – 16630 50 Street NW, Edmonton Alberta

Compensation: $18.00 / hour to start with an increase once into a supervisory role + bonus after 3-month probation

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Lube Technician to join our team. If you’re passionate about automotive maintenance and delivering top-notch customer service, this is your chance to grow with us.

This position is designed for individuals with leadership potential. While you’ll start as a technician, the role is intended to rapid-track into a Supervisor/Management position once you’ve demonstrated your skills, reliability, and ability to work well with the team.

What You’ll Do
Perform oil changes and lubrication services
Check and top off fluid levels
Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs
Communicate service recommendations to customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Use hand tools effectively and safely





What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in automotive repair or maintenance
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with oil change procedures
Willingness to learn and stay current in the field
Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
