Your Responsibilities

Youll analyze financial data and KPIs, identifying trends and supporting performance and risk assessments

Youll administer business incentive and performance programs, including calculations, results and reporting

Youll develop and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI and emerging AI capabilities

Youll review financial, operational and compliance information related to prospective and existing business partners





Youll support monitoring activities, policy reviews and documentation across a national partner network

Youll identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows and improve business processes

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, reporting or operations support

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field

Advanced Excel skills and expert-level PowerPoint capabilities

Experience with Power BI, dashboard development and business intelligence tools

Strong financial and KPI analysis skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences

Proactive, organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
