Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Maintenance Planner is pivotal in asset lifecycle and reliability management. This role demands solid technical, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication with cross-functional teams. You’ll develop comprehensive maintenance strategies that align with our goals to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed maintenance job plans
• Review and optimize PM routes in SAP quarterly




• Create short and long-term maintenance schedules
• Lead maintenance planning meetings with production teams
• Analyze Maintenance KPIs and implement improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
• College diploma; university degree preferred
• Experience with CMMS, preferably SAP
• Strong analytical skills using PowerBI
• Proven project management capabilities
