Explore meaningful research efforts as an Evaluation Specialist with the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC). This role is responsible for enhancing preventive strategies through evaluation in a supportive hybrid work setting.
With over four decades of experience, RGC focuses on problem gambling prevention, working with diverse populations to mitigate risks. Reporting to the Associate Director, Evaluation, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving outreach programs. Your research skills will target harmful gambling practices and drive community awareness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply evaluation tools for process and outcome assessments
• Develop comprehensive data collection strategies
• Engage in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Communicate research findings effectively in various formats
• Support research ethics applications and amendments
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in evaluation
• Knowledge of evaluation processes and data analysis
• Excellent writing and verbal communication capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
