We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM development and a strong background in Java and modern web technologies. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience leading AEM implementations while mentoring junior developers and promoting AEM development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and provide effective AEM solutions.

Lead the implementation and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.

Apply AEM development and deployment best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting AEM applications and web experiences.

Collaborate with development and technical teams to support AEM application enhancements and ongoing maintenance.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on AEM development practices and standards.





Contribute to technical discussions and solution design activities.

Stay current with emerging AEM trends, technologies, and development practices.

Lead, motivate, influence, and generate enthusiasm among team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

6+ years of software development experience.

3+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development experience.

Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and services.

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.

Experience with Git and version control practices.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and influence team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-scale AEM implementations and web applications.

Experience leading AEM development initiatives and providing technical direction.

Strong understanding of AEM development and deployment best practices.
