As a member of the Philanthropy team, you will focus on Leadership Giving, managing key donor relationships and launching initiatives for them to renew and upgrade their contributions. Collaborating closely with the Director of Philanthropy & Gratitude designates this position as vital to achieving our annual fundraising targets, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a tactical approach in managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies for donor identification and engagement
• Manage relationships through cultivation, solicitation,



and stewardship
• Conduct donor outreach via various platforms
• Prepare customized proposals and stewardship communications
• Lead grant writing and reporting initiatives

Requirements:
• 4-5 years of fundraising work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
• Solid communication capabilities, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
