Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care within RN professional standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members




• Assist in the orientation of current staff
• Advocate for patient needs within interdisciplinary teams
• Lead patient care coordination in assigned areas

Requirements:
• Valid RN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Experience in a medical/surgical nursing unit
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
