Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proven experience in a community or primary care setting
• 2 years NP experience highly preferred
• Master of Science in Nursing is an asset
• Proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office applications
