Calian is seeking a Contract Security Program Officer to enhance personnel security clearance processes in a hybrid work setting. Drive compliance and safeguard sensitive information while supporting government contracts.

This role requires you to coordinate the security screening program aligned with Public Services and Procurement Canada's guidelines. As the Alternate Company Security Officer, you will oversee document safeguarding capabilities and deliver security training. Your expertise in contract security administration will be vital for compliance and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Contract Security Program for Government of Canada contracts
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
• Process Requests for Visit and maintain accurate records




• Guide on Foreign Ownership, Control & Influence matters
• Provide security awareness training and briefings to staff

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• 2+ years of Contract Security administration experience
• Familiarity with confidential and compliance-driven environments
• Eligibility for Government of Canada Security Clearance
• Ability to work in Ottawa or Saskatoon office as needed
