Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and understand the client culture
• Identify and address gaps in benefits structures
• Nurture strategic relationships with clients
• Lead all employee advantages processes from start to finish
• Track and communicate performance metrics

Requirements:
• 5+ years in employee benefits insurance
• Willingness to obtain Life Insurance License (LLQP)
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
